Use of certification marks and logos

• The mark is intended to advertise that the Client's management system is certified and can be used on the Client's documents and advertising materials. Certification marks can only be issued by SERTIKA (i.e. marks in which the certifying body is visible).

• The mark cannot be used on the products themselves or their primary packaging, as this creates the false impression that the products, services and processes themselves are certified. The mark cannot be used on laboratory tests, calibration protocols or control reports, as such documents are considered products in this context. In order to advertise that their products are produced using a certified management system, the customer can write on the secondary packaging of the product, e.g. "The product is manufactured using a management system. Customer "XXXXX" (quality, environmental) management system conforms to (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) etc. standards requirements. Management system conformity assessment is carried out by SERTIKA".

• The mark may be used to promote only the field of activity that is indicated on the certificate and may not give the impression that the certified VS covers areas that are not included in the certificate. The certified client undertakes not to make or allow any misleading messages about its certification, and not to use or allow the use of the certification document or any part of it and the logo in a misleading manner.
