  • Since 2010 I became the director of UAB SERTIKA testing laboratory and certification institution.
  1. In my leadership role, I created a package of new services and restructured the existing business. Achieved and maintained sustainable and profitable growth.
  2. I do this by focusing on team engagement, customer experience, leveraging technology and innovation.
  3. The company serves the community by contributing to the legalization of electronics and electrical engineering products and management system certification in companies and is celebrating its 30 year anniversary.
