Does the management system have to be certified?

Certification of management systems: is it necessary to certify the management system?
  • Certification of the implemented management system is not mandatory, it is voluntary.
  • The certificate issued by the third party proves to the Clients the organization's ability to produce products and provide services in compliance with all established requirements.
  • Practice shows that management system certification often becomes one of the competitive advantages, and often even a necessary condition, for organizations offering or supplying products to the European Union or other countries and participating in public tenders.
  • However, there is an exception when the method of legalization of the product is chosen - a certain model of conformity assessment, which includes the assessment of the management system, in which case the system must be certified.
