WHO HAS GROWN UP OVER 30 YEARS IN SERTIKA?
in 2024 on March 25-26, at the Management Systems Certification Unit of UAB SERTIKA, a repeated accreditation audit took place in order for UAB SERTIKA to expand the scope of accreditation to comply with the standards LST EN ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 and LST EN ISO/IEC 27006:2021.

Thanks to the customers who have been waiting for 2 days because not everyone who has applied has been served and is still waiting for answers - we also thank you for your patience - we will certainly answer all letters and calls.
Thanks to the auditors of the National Accreditation Office for consistently growing us - during each audit, when we hear questions that seem to have been heard many times before, we keep discovering new things, enriching ourselves with new ideas, sharing innovations, learning what we can do better, more efficiently, more comprehensively, more simply, more comprehensibly, or whatever don't do it at all.
The results are very good - we are recommended for accreditation after the 4 NAB observations at the customers, how the UAB SERTIKA team performs audits and elimination of non-conformities, which is a normal improvement practice.
I am very happy that Vilma Bendžiuvienė, head of UAB SERTIKA's management systems department, already during the opening meeting, asked the NAB team to boldly record non-conformities - we are not afraid of them - they are the engine of our growth and the greatest value of the audit.
There is still a lot of work and challenges ahead for the team of audit managers, auditors, technical experts and their audited clients – we trust you, because this is the result of a long process and we wish to conduct audits and achieve the goals set for the audits, just like every year.
