The start with Audrius Rubinas is very correct and planned: we write an NDA and I provide Sertika's financial data, we schedule weekly meetings through the Google planning system. When I don't know what to expect, I get "fearful" that I might not be able to communicate with a financial analyst, a professional. Audrius encouraged me that I would really understand the topic of financial management and the assessment of Sertika's financial health.
First of all, I and the accounting department saw where we had not yet completed something, or where something was missing – the state had been reported, but it had not been fully filed away, or where a drawer was still unusable, or the report did not serve the purpose of decision-making properly. In general, I was pleased that we were able to respond to A. Rubin's request for reports quite quickly and competently.
I must admit that we still have some work to do in the area of financial management to be able to make the right decisions faster, more confidently, and to notice and manage change.
