SERTIKA and Swedbank Business Academy training
Sertika participated in the Swedbank Business Academy, where it was possible to deepen business knowledge and gain new insights into how to effectively manage the company's activities. This participation further strengthened the company's ability to adapt to market needs and implement innovative strategies. In addition, the company's director, Ingrida Kusienė, agreed to participate in the Delfi program, where she shared her experience and insights related to business, leadership and financial management.
Ingrida is exceptionally good at motivating a team and managing finances effectively. The manager emphasizes that the basis of successful work is a strong relationship based on trust between employees and management. Motivation in a team does not arise by itself - it is created through listening to the needs of employees, setting clear goals and constantly assessing them.
